An international team consisting of Dutch, German and Italian members combine experience and excellence and bring a fresh breeze into this dynamic constellation. Since October 2007 they have worked closely as „Delta Italia Immobiliare“, shoulder to shoulder, together with Dr. Christiaan Zachariasse and his 45 years of experience in the construction industry.
Enthusiasm, love for the real estate sector and for wonderful Tuscany, united with the harmony of the different cultures, opinions, tastes, characters and mentalities create a complete picture of perfection.

Claudia Hannelore Pirazzi

Born on the 3rd of March 1957 in Munich, Germany.
My father and grandfather were architects; after the baccalaureate, I successfully finished did a banker’s apprenticeship before I studied economics, finishing with the title cand.rer.oec.(Vordiplom).
Italy was already on the go and so we founded our family in Florence.
From interior decoration with silk flowers I slid over into real estate when friends offered to rent out their Villas and Castles. I made my exams at the chamber of commerce in order to work with Azur Assistance, selling Tuscan properties to foreigners. The connection to Delta came from Azur Assistance Netherlands and I am happy to do work with Dr. Zachariasse, Bram and the team in order to sell what people from the North really want and at the same time to preserve Tuscan landscape and tradition.

Born on the 12th of March 1952 in Arezzo,Italy.
My father and my mother were responsible for the administration and logistics of a large farm close to Arezzo. Ever since, they taught me the love for the land in general and for Tuscany and its traditions in particular.
After the compulsory school, attending the national institute of technology at Arezzo, I received the diploma for surveyors. Subsequent to an internship I commenced being part of the national association of surveyors at the "Collegio di Arezzo".
I have been always attracted to drawing, planning projects and seeing the realisation of my idea afterwards. Also if it is valid for all aspects of the construction industry, it is valid in particular for old, historical and rural buildings.
Indeed I am very fascinated by entering the spirit of this type of building, reveal it and revaluate its character, bring it back to life, put it if possible in the initial conditions for making it "appetizing" also for the others.
After my 35 years as a freelancer, Dr Zachariasse presented me the possibility of entering the team of "Delta Italia" that mainly do researches and revaluations of this type of building and I intend to be at Delta Group's disposal with my acquired experience.

Born on the 1st of August ,1979 in Neubrandenburg, Germany.
My Mother, father and sister were and still are all in the gastronomic sector, and I got in touch with the working life in our family's hotel early .
After the Abitur, the choice of my university studies was motivated by my personal interests. With the conclusion of the Bachelor of Arts in Music and Italian, I was ready to move to Italy. Finding work was not that difficult as I had a great experience in the gastronomic sector, thanks to my parents. Nevertheless I felt the wish to complete my studies in order tto be ready for conquering the job market at a higher level. I chose an international Master in Business Administration at the European School of Economics in Lucca. After an internship and the final thesis, I moved to Florence. Quite soon I got in touch with Mr. Zachariasse and learned about the possibility to work for the Delta Group. I am very glad to start in the Real Estate sector where business, creativity and different nationalities come together.
Bernardo Piccardi

Born on the 15th of July, 1960 in Florence, Italy.
I finished my studies in economics with the “Laurea” in 1987 and after passing the exam in specialization to become a chartered accountant (Dottore Commercialista) in 1989, I opened my own office that year.
In between (1988) I married Claudia Pirazzi, with whom I have two sons born, in 1991 and 1997.
I am working successfully as a chartered accountant. I love my city and Tuscany.
It is a pleasure for me to be at hand to create and advise Delta Italia.
Claudia Marin
Lawyer
Born on the 17th of March 1965 in Hamburg, Germany.
I have lived in Italy since I was very young.
I graduated from the University of Florence and I am qualified as a Lawyer.
After the University I trained in some of the most esteemed law offices of Florence and spent a number of years working as an attorney in international and contract law.
I work as an independent lawyer, specialised in Italian Real Estate law and I assist foreign clients in all aspects of Italian property law, throughout their purchase of property in Italy, especially in Tuscany.
I work together with a team of accountants, notaries and surveyors, and our ultimate aim is to develop close relationships with clients to enable us to fully understand their needs and objectives.
